A brushless motor's Controller Module for industrial application has been released at Dec 2006. The module can be widely used with various of brushless motors in industrial fields.
The module is very easy to use, it can control the on/off (running or stopping) state of the motor, the following is the wiring figure.
A brushless power system has much more advantages than a brushed power system, such as the following mentioned:
1. High efficiency;
2. More reliable. The life of a brushless system is mainly determined by the quality of bearings in motor and the lubricating situation, so it is much longer than the life of brushed system;
3. Needn't to replace the carbon brushes, the cost of maintenance is obviously decreased;
4. Without any electrical spark and the electromagnetic interference caused by sparking;
5. Steady. A brushless power system can work at very high speed for a very long period of time. (Our controller module can drive 2 poles brushless motor to 210000RPM );
6. Low mechanical noise.
This module is still a Beta version product.
