Founded in 2005, the first company in China to engage in the Research and Development
of brushless power systems for drones and remote control model products. A national high-tech
enterprise for production and sales, the company (including the wholly-owned subsidiary Huizhou
Hobbywing Motor Co., Ltd.) has a production and operation area of ​​36,600 square meters,
of which 26,000 square meters of factory buildings are located in Huinan High-tech Park,
Huizhou (under the jurisdiction of Zhongkai High-tech Zone), Opened in March of 2021.
The Headquarter is located in Building 4, Yasen Industrial Innovation and Technology Industrial Park,
Baolong Industrial City, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. In the east of Shenzhen,
the national high-tech park is surrounded with attractive environment with ease of transporting around.
Huizhou Hobbywing Motor Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, is located in Zhisheng New Industrial Park,
Huinan High-tech Park, Huizhou City, and undertakes the processing and manufacturing of motors
and speed controllers. We are committed to provide global customers with the best brushless technology
available. At present, we have grown into the largest UAV brushless power system and remote control
model brushless power system (electronic speed control and brushless motor) leader in China.

2005

Shenzhen Hobbywing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2005. Later in October, the first aircraft (air model) was launched and public test of the product was held for free. It attracted great interest from end-users. The result or public testing was a big success. The brand started to gain traction.

HOBBYWING took part in Shanghai international model exhibition for the first time. It received strong interest and attracted attentions from model aircraft manufacturers and overseas dealers.

HOBBYWING expanded the production scale and factory area to 1000 square meters. ERP system was introduced to improve management level of enterprises. Upgraded from small-scale taxpayers to general taxpayers.

The launch of "XeRun, EzRun, Platinum, SeaKing" and other series of competitive brushless ESCs has immediately been recognized and loved by domestic customers, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign brands.

Hobbywing launched an improved version of their following brushless electronic speed controllers ; XERUN V2.1、EZRUN V2、PIATINUM V2. The second generation of ESCs made its debut at the Chicago International Model exhibition.

HOBBYWING became one or the main sponsors of TITC 2011 (the largest scale of international electric competition). HOBBYWING factory racing driver won the championship for the first time in the Open Stock category. The remote-control model industries were impressed at HOBBYWING'S strong technical strength. Later on, Hobbywing participated in Shizuoka International Model exhibition held in Japan.

Hobbywing Technology hosted the first ever Hobbywing Asia Cup, making it the most professional and international electric competition in China.

Acquired the signing of multiple world champion, Atsushi Hara from Japan and North American champion, Paul Lemiex to further strengthened and develop the line of products.
For the UAV, Hobbywing launched the XROTOR series for multi-rotor aircraft. It later gained great success. The products are widely used in aerial photography, plant protection. monitoring logistics and other industries.

For the first time, HOBBYWING participated in Nuremberg international toy fair in Germany. The EZRUN MAX series was released. The products stay further ahead of our competitors.
