The 2026 SIGP Sunpadow International RC Car (Off-Road) Grand Prix officially kicked off in Xiamen on March 20. As one of China’s premier RC off-road events, the competition drew numerous professional drivers from both home and abroad to the ARC Circuit, where they competed fiercely for the championship trophy.

HOBBYWING driver Kouki Kato delivered an outstanding performance using the XeRun XR8 G3 E-buggy brushless ESC paired with the 4268SD G3 2200KV off-road motor. From the qualifying rounds onward, Kouki maintained a commanding pace, securing the TQ, and held the lead throughout the subsequent final. The HOBBYWING of-road ESC and motor he used continued to deliver high-efficiency output and lightning-fast response even under continuous high-load operation, providing a solid foundation for his victory. He secured the championship title well in advance. Another HOBBYWING driver, Jung, also delivered a standout performance. He used the XeRun XR8 G3 brushless ESC paired with a 4268 SD G3 1900KV E-buggy motor, showed impressive performance and secured second place after a highly competitive race and ultimately claiming the runner-up position.
