From July 27 to August 1, 2026, the 1/10 scale Electric Off-Road European Championship took place in Austria, bringing together top drivers for several days of intense racing across the 2WD and 4WD classes.

After several days of intense competition, HOBBYWING drivers delivered outstanding performances in both classes, with Marcus Kærup and Daniel Kobbevik winning the TQ& championships in the 2WD and 4WD class respectively, while several other drivers also ranked among the final A-main.

2WD Class Highlight

In the 1/10 Electric Off-Road 2WD class, HOBBYWING driver Marcus Kærup, using the XeRun XR10 PRO G3 brushless ESC & V10 G3 6T brushless RC motor combination, showed a strong and consistent pace from the qualifying stages. Marcus delivered an impressive performance in the qualifying rounds, completing 12 laps and securing TQ for the 2WD class.

In the finals, he maintained his pace and composure through multiple intense rounds. With consistent driving and strong race management, Marcus secured the 2WD European Championship title. HOBBYWING also had a strong presence throughout the 2WD class, with four drivers making the A-Main.

4WD Class Highlight

The race remained intense as the championship moved into the 1/10 Electric Off-Road 4WD class. The XeRun XR10 PRO G3 RC car ESC & V10 G3 5T RC car motor were the preferred powertrain for most drivers in this class.

HOBBYWING driver Daniel Kobbevik maintained a strong pace throughout qualifying and secured TQ for the 4WD class. In the second A-Main, Daniel faced constant pressure from his rivals throughout the race. Despite the challenge, he maintained his pace and crossed the finish line in first. In the third A-Main, Daniel once again delivered a consistent performance and secured the crucial win needed to claim the overall championship. This victory marked Daniel Kobbevik’s first 1/10 Electric Off-Road European Championship title, bringing a memorable conclusion to the event.
