On September 19, 2026, Tianmushan-9, the unmanned aerial vehicle designed for real-world personnel rescue operations, was officially unveiled in Yuhang, Hangzhou, where it took part in a simulated high-rise emergency rescue drill.
Jointly developed by the Tianmushan Laboratory of Beihang University and Tianxun Innovation, Tianmushan-9 features a distributed six-axis, six-propeller configuration powered by HOBBYWING P Series 800V high-voltage propulsion system. With a payload capacity of up to 200 kg, this UAV is equipped with a flight deck for transporting personnel during high-rise building rescue missions, offering a new approach to emergency response.

The HOBBYWING P Series 800V propulsion system is built on silicon carbide (SiC) technology, delivering high efficiency and energy-efficient performance while maximizing the space available for payload. Combined with a vehicle-mounted 800V tethered power supply, this aerial platform can operate at altitudes of up to 100 meters, meeting the demands of extended high-rise rescue tasks.

During the simulated fire rescue drill, a stranded person was seen signaling for help beside the rooftop railing. Upon receiving the rescue command, Tianmushan-9 took off from its standby position on the ground and rapidly ascended toward the rooftop. It reached the target location in just 15 seconds and maintained a precise hover outside the railing, allowing the stranded person to safely step onto the flight deck. The UAV then returned reliably and completed its landing.

From rapid deployment and precise hovering to stable personnel transfer, HOBBYWING P Series high-voltage motors and ESCs deliver highly responsive, efficient, and consistent power output, becoming the reliable and safe drone propulsion solution in heavy lift and emergency rescue operations.
As the low-altitude economy continues to develop, UAV drones are expanding into high-value applications such as emergency response, disaster relief, and search and rescue. Addressing the demands of heavy payloads, extended flight time, and high safety standards, HOBBYWING P Series high-voltage power system meets diverse requirements ranging from power delivery to system redundancy. It provides efficient and reliable propulsion solutions for a wide range of aerial platforms.
