HOBBYWING officially announces the launch of the P115M Coaxial Integrated Propulsion System, the industry’s first 800V UAV integrated propulsion system engineered specifically for tethered firefighting drones and heavy-lift cargo eVTOL platforms.

At 800V and over 100kg-class thrust, the motor, ESC, and propeller are fully integrated that eliminates exposed cables. This streamlines the entire wiring layout, drastically reduces installation complexity and maintenance costs. Shortened three-phase cables minimizes transmission losses and EMI from long runs, which can deliver higher system efficiency and superior stability.

P115M coaxial drone propulsion system incorporates a patented internal support structure that effectively suppresses vibration and displacement of arms under heavy-lift conditions, ensuring continuous, stable, and reliable propulsion output.
Compatible with arm thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 5 mm, supporting various materials and manufacturing processes. P115M UAV power system offers 64-inch and 73-inch quick-release carbon fiber non-folding propeller options to meet different drone frame size requirements, ensuring convenience in heavy-duty UAV logistics and emergency response operations.

P115M integrated power system supports 850V DC input, reaching the leading industrial standard. At the same power level, transmission current is significantly reduced, minimizing energy losses, allowing thinner and lighter cables, and substantially increasing overall power density.
P115M coaxial propulsion system utilizes third-generation automotive-grade SiC MOSFETs, achieving ultra-low switching losses and a substantial boost in overall efficiency. Ideal for mission-critical heavy-lift UAV applications such as firefighting, emergency response, cargo transport, and material lifting.

Control redundancy:dual-mode operation with sensorless FOC as the primary control and sensor FOC as backup for enhanced safety. Two sets of signal channels can be converted in real time to enhance the reliability of the propulsion system.

Communication redundancy:The dual heterogeneous communication links via CAN bus and RS485 are supported. Speed information is obtained in real time through dual channels to meet airworthiness certification requirements and flexibly respond to future regulatory requirements.
Throttle redundancy:Three throttle combination methods are available:
- PWM + CAN (default)
- PWM + RS485 (optional)
- CAN + RS485 (optional)

Additionally, P115M 800V high-voltage propulsion system supports both conventional high-voltage input and independent high/low-voltage power distribution architectures.

The software adopts a rigorous modular design. The hardware system implements a fully isolated architecture, separating high-voltage power circuits, low-voltage signal circuits, and protective earthing (PE).

The UAV ESC and connector feature automotive-grade components. The drone motor uses 200°C high-temperature resistant winding wire with insulation rated up to 2700V. The carbon fiber propellers are built for structural strength and reliability. Furthermore, the motor reaches IPX5 ingress protection and utilizes internal potting technology, allowing it to withstand high humidity, elevated temperatures, and exposure to firefighting powder environments.

P115M’s dual-rotor coaxial structure significantly shortens arm length and enhances effective payload space. In addition, the product features a sleek and streamlined design with no exposed cables.

P115M coaxial drone propulsion system integrates the black box, supporting fault storage, allowing real-time recording of UAV operation data within 2-48 hours facilitates subsequent data analysis.
