HOBBYWING officially launches the H15MD and H15MD Plus coaxial integrated propulsion systems. Featuring powerful thrust, ample redundancy, and intelligent, high-efficiency control, H15MD series power systems are designed to comprehensively enhance the performance, safety, and operational reliability of industrial drones in logistics transportation, infrastructure material lifting, firefighting, and emergency rescue applications.
The newly released HOBBYWING H15MD series drone power system delivers powerful performance and higher thrust redundancy, providing greater operational margin for heavy-lift drone applications.

·Max thrust per axis: 145 kg
·Recommended thrust: 60 kg
·Max takeoff weight reaches 240 kg maximum takeoff weight (quadcopter, 8 rotors)
·Supports multirotor drone payloads of 100–150 kg

·Max thrust per axis: 195 kg
·Recommended thrust: 80 kg
·MTOW achieves 320 kg
·Supports heavy-lift UAV payloads of 150–200 kg

For hexacopter (12 rotors) and octocopter (16 rotors) drone configurations, Hobbywing H15MD and H15MD Plus propulsion systems enable even higher payload capacity, further expanding the boundaries of industrial unmanned aerial vehicle applications.
HOBBYWING H15MD & H15MD Plus UAV power systems are widely applicable to heavy-duty drone scenarios such as cargo delivery, logistics transportation, and emergency response.
With excellent environmental adaptability, the system operates reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C and features an IPX6 protection rating. Even in high-altitude and harsh environments, stable UAV propulsion system performance can achieve for mission-critical operations.

Hobbywing H15MD series coaxial heavy-lift UAV propulsion systems adopt a 100V high-voltage architecture, supporting up to 28S LiPo batteries, effectively reducing operating current and thermal loss while easing the load on wiring and connectors.
Both H15MD and H15MD Plus drone motors feature enlarged air outlets combined with centrifugal cooling fans, improving heat dissipation efficiency by 20%. Built-in UAV motor temperature monitoring further enhances operational safety and reliability.

The drone motor, ESC, and motor mount employs modular design, significantly improving installation efficiency.
Supports 80 mm arm diameters with 3 mm / 5 mm wall thickness options, and incorporates reinforced structural components, including aluminum inner sleeves and four-direction locking clamps, ensuring secure and reliable connection.

The UAV motor featuring a 3°tilted motor mount design, optimizing flight attitude control and delivering improved stability and agile maneuverability for heavy-lift drone tasks.

HOBBYWING H15MD & H15MD Plus coaxial propulsion systems combine large carbon fiber propellers, high-torque drone motors, and high-power ESCs to significantly improve system response and operational efficiency, achieving up to 7.5 g/W efficiency for extended flight endurance.

Original non-folding/ folding / high-altitude drone propellers are available. The optimized airfoil design ensures high strength, fatigue resistance, low vibration, and high efficiency, effectively extending service life.

IPC funcion (Intelligent Propeller Positioning) is supported to meet the needs of vehicle-mounted docking drones.
With dual throttle control (CAN + PWM), the UAV propulsion systems enhance real-time responsiveness and electromagnetic interference resistance, ensuring safer drone flight.

Integrating multiple protection mechanisms along with hardware and software alerts, and has undergone extensive reliability testing to ensure stable operation in demanding commercial UAV scenarios.

Equipped with HOBBYWING’s newly developed FOC drone ESC architecture and proprietary control algorithms, H15MD & H15MD Plus delivers:
·Improved large drone motor compatibility
·Lower operating temperatures
·More linear RPM output
·Faster throttle response
A triple-bearing system further enhances overall balance and impact resistance, ensuring reliable performance under large payload conditions.

Built-in black box function supports 48 hours of log storage. Logs can be read via the CAN bus, offering reliable fault data traceability for quick diagnostics and maintenance.

The CAN communication protocol is compatible with mainstream flight controllers such as ArduPilot, ACFLY, VK, BOYING, and PX4, enabling seamless integration into UAV ecosystems. Drone flight controllers can access real-time data including RPM, throttle, current, voltage, and temperature via CAN interface.
With HOBBYWING DataLink and DataLink Box, users can easily configure parameters such as heavy-lift drone motor rotation direction, throttle response, LED color, and propeller positioning, as well as perform UAV ESC firmware upgrades online.
