The opening round of the 2026/2027 Euro Touring Series (ETS) took place from May 26–31 in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. As one of the most prestigious and competitive electric touring car championships in Europe, ETS attracts many of the world's top RC drivers and manufacturers.

HOBBYWING started the new season in impressive fashion, claiming victories in both the Modified and Pro Stock classes. The outstanding results once again demonstrated the competitiveness, consistency, and reliability of HOBBYWING RC power systems at the highest level of RC racing.

The Modified class represents the pinnacle of electric touring car racing, where competition is exceptionally fierce.Driving with the HOBBYWING XeRun XR10 PRO G3 RC car ESC and XeRun V10 G3 4.5T brushless motor, HOBBYWING team driver Bruno Coelho secured the overall TQ during qualifying. Despite facing intense pressure in the final, he quickly regained momentum and won the remaining two A-Mains to secure the overall championship. Several other HOBBYWING team drivers also delivered strong performances in the highly competitive A-Main field using HOBBYWING high-performance ESCs and motors.
