EzRun MAX5 HV PLUS G2 ESC & 5690/56118 SL G2 motor, RC high-power extreme-speed power systems launched by HOBBYWING in 2025, with strong power to cope with the extreme speed application scenarios of 1/7th and 1/8th RC vehicles.

High Power, High Speed

EzRun MAX5 HV PLUS G2 ESC supports 6-12S LiPo batteries. When using 8S Lipo, the maximum continuous output current is 500A, while using 12S Lipo, the maximum continuous output current is 330A. The maximum output current of BEC is up to 28A. Adjustable voltage of BEC supports 6V/7.4V/8.4V. The ESC supports a maximum speed of 300,000 RPM (2-pole), easily meeting the demands of high-speed extreme applications.

Note: The maximum supported speed varies depending on the motor's pole pair configuration. The actual supported speed is calculated as 300,000/pole pair. For example, a 4-pole motor supports up to 150,000 RPM, while a 6-pole motor supports up to 100,000 RPM.

The ESC is highly compatible with the 5690/56118 SL G2 motor and can support higher speeds, with a maximum speed of up to 78,000 RPM, achieving greater power output.

Meanwhile, the MAX5 HV PLUS G2 ESC supports a maximum adjustable Turbo timing of 24 degrees. It can boost maximum speed by approximately 18%.

Note: Turbo timing is only compatible with HOBBYWING EZRUN 5690/56118 G2 sensored motors and cannot be enabled for other motors.

Low Temperature Rise and High Reliability

The ESC adopts ultra-high power design and adds innovative freewheeling technology, resulting in higher driving efficiency and lower operating temperature.
The motor casing adopts spiral groove heat dissipation structure design, which not only enhances thermal performance with higher stability and reliability.

The ESC features a high-capacity 4080μF capacitor, eliminating the need for external capacitors in 1/5th, 1/7th, and 1/8th high-speed RC car models. Additionally, it includes a capacitor temperature protection function to always ensure safe and reliable operation.

The ESC comes with a built-in Bluetooth module. It allows users to connect directly to a mobile app to adjust settings, check data, and update firmware with ease. With the mobile app, you can view curve graphs and historical records to easily monitor and understand your ESC and motor performance.
